The No. 1 available transfer cornerback has made a decision on his commitment decision.
Jayvion Cole, a standout cornerback at San Jose State, has reportedly decided to transfer to Texas.
Hayes Fawcett first reported the news.
"BREAKING: Former San Jose State Standout CB Jayvion Cole has Committed to Texas, he tells @on3sports The 6’0 180 CB has totaled 53 Tackles, 7 INT, 1 Sack, & 14 PD in his 2 years with the Spartans," he reported.
The standout cornerback visited Texas this weekend. He appeared to have quite the time on his trip.
"Had a great time down in Austin, TX. I want to thank @TexasFootball and their wonderful staff for the hospitality on my visit this past weekend!" he wrote.
Cole will join a Texas Longhorns team that is hoping to contend atop the SEC and reach the College Football Playoff in 2024.
